For Christian business owners
Your reputation is doing its job. Let's make sure your business keeps up.
When someone hears good things about you, they should find something credible, reach you without a hassle, and actually hear back. I help you build the simple systems behind that, so growing doesn't have to mean more chaos.

Good work. Good name. A few cracks.
Somebody refers you, they look you up, and what they find doesn't look anything like the quality of your work.
Calls, texts, emails and Facebook messages all land in different places, and it's on you to remember who's still waiting.
You paid for software that was supposed to fix this. It's still sitting there, half set up.
You'd like more good customers, but not if it means more chaos and longer days.
Everybody's talking about AI, and you're not sure what's real, what's hype, or where to start.
None of that means you're behind or doing something wrong. Usually it just means the business grew faster than the systems behind it. That part's fixable.
You don't need more tools. You need the right few things, set up right.
Easier to find
A website that looks like your business actually looks, says plainly what you do, and tells people what to do next.
Easier to reach
One place where calls, forms and messages land, so nobody sits unanswered because they showed up in the wrong inbox.
Better at following up
Follow-up that goes out on time, sounds like you, and doesn't treat people like a number.
Technology should help you serve people better, not make your business feel less human. The church doesn't have a problem with a carpenter using a hammer.
When you want it built: 12:11 Business
12:11 Business is my agency. It's the hands-on side of what I do.
We figure out what's costing you the most, then we build it, test it, and keep improving it with you. That might be a website, a way to capture inquiries, a simple CRM and follow-up system, a way to ask happy customers for reviews, or one process that's been eating your week.

How working together goes
Find the biggest gap.
We talk about your business and figure out what's actually costing you. Sometimes it's getting found. A lot of times it's what happens after the phone rings.
Agree on a focused plan.
You'll know what we're building, what it covers, and what it costs before anything starts.
Build, test, improve.
We set it up, make sure it works the way your customers actually behave, and keep tuning it.

Who you'd be working with
I'm Greg Ryan. I've sold real estate in Shreveport-Bossier for 38 years, which means I've spent most of my life living on referrals, follow-up and my name.
I've also had a business that didn't make it. I learned more from that one than the ones that worked.
These days I help other owners do what I had to learn the hard way: show up well, answer people, follow through, and use new tools without letting them run the show. I wrote a book about that called I AM > AI. The short version is that God is bigger than any algorithm, and AI is just a tool. A powerful one, and you still need to learn to use it.
I'm not a guru. I'm a business owner who loves Jesus and likes building things that work.
Want to learn, not just hire? The Melchizedek Model.
Put God first. Then put your business in order.
Some owners want it built. Others want to understand how to think about all of this and grow alongside people who get it. That's what the Melchizedek Model is for.
It's teaching and community for Christian business owners who don't want to be one person on Sunday and somebody else on Monday. In the Bible, Melchizedek was both a king and a priest. That's the idea: you can run a business well and walk with God in the same life, at the same time.
The Melchizedek Model teaches. 12:11 Business builds. They're separate, and you don't need one to use the other.
Get a feel for how I think
Before you talk to anybody about your business, you ought to know how they think. I put out videos and podcast episodes on faith, business, and using AI without losing what matters. Pull one up on the drive between jobs.
Want the notes?
Every so often I send out what I'm learning from the work: what's helping owners, what isn't, and what I'd try first. No hype and no secrets for sale. Unsubscribe anytime.
This only signs you up for my email notes. It doesn't sign you up for texts, the community, or a sales call.
Let's start with one conversation.
Tell me a little about your business and what's getting in the way. If I can help, I'll tell you how. If I can't, I'll tell you that too.
